Fetopia Child Safety Agreement

This Child Safety Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is formulated by the operator of the Fetopia App (hereinafter referred to as the "App") (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Its core purpose is to clarify our responsibilities and commitments in protecting the safety and legitimate rights and interests of minors, and to fully comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards, Google Play Content Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations on child protection in the regions where the App is distributed. By using the App, you (including App users, guardians of minors and other relevant entities) indicate that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to abide by all the terms of this Agreement.

I. General Provisions

We always take the protection of minors as the primary principle of our operation, and are committed to creating a safe, healthy and child-appropriate environment for all users. We strictly follow the core guidelines of Google Play Child Safety, and adhere to a zero-tolerance attitude towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), child exploitation, endangering the personal safety of minors and all acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of minors, with no tolerance.

This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Fetopia User Agreement, and has the same legal effect as the User Agreement, the App's Privacy Policy and the relevant management rules of Google Play. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Google Play Child Safety Standards, Google Play Content Policy or other relevant regulations of Google, the relevant regulations of Google shall prevail; for matters not explicitly stipulated in this Agreement, the relevant compliance requirements for child protection in the Google App Market and the corresponding laws and regulations shall apply.

II. Core Child Safety Standards

To effectively protect the personal safety and legitimate rights and interests of minors, standardize platform operation behaviors, and ensure full compliance with the listing requirements of Google Play, we clarify the following core safety guidelines, which all users and relevant entities must strictly observe and implement:

  1. It is strictly prohibited for any user to upload, share, promote, disseminate or request any content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), including but not limited to pornographic, abusive, exploitative texts, pictures, videos, links and other materials involving minors. Once found, we will delete them immediately without delay or indulgence.
  2. It is strictly prohibited to induce, accost minors in any form, conduct pornographic communication or other improper interactions, and it is forbidden to have any contact or communication with minors through this App that may harm their physical and mental health.
  3. It is strictly prohibited to publish or disseminate any content that sexually describes, portrays, draws, dialogues or discusses minors, resolutely resist all behaviors and related information that sexualize minors, and strictly comply with the requirements of Google Play Content Policy and relevant laws and regulations on the protection of minors.
  4. Without the explicit written authorization of the legal guardian of a minor, it is strictly prohibited to collect, use, disclose or leak the personal information of minors, including but not limited to name, age, contact information, address, portrait, etc. We strictly follow the "minimum necessary" principle to fully protect the personal information security of minors.
  5. Strictly implement the age verification and age-appropriate access control mechanism, verify the user's age through reasonable and effective technical means, restrict minors' access to inappropriate functions and content in the App, and ensure that the service content matches and is appropriate for the minor's age.
  6. Adopt a dual monitoring system of automated detection and manual review to conduct real-time monitoring and comprehensive inspection of all content published by users and user behaviors on the platform, timely discover and clean up harmful content endangering the safety of minors, and prevent various safety risks in advance.
  7. For content that violates this Agreement and relevant child safety standards, we will immediately take disposal measures such as deletion and blocking; for violating users, we will implement a permanent account ban. If the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, we will pursue their legal liability in accordance with the law.
  8. If any illegal or criminal activity involving minors is found, we will immediately report it to the local law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations and relevant competent departments in accordance with the law, and fully cooperate with the relevant departments in investigation, evidence collection and disposal to effectively fulfill the platform's social responsibility.
  9. Establish an exclusive user reporting channel to provide users with a convenient reporting method, facilitating users to timely feedback suspicious content, illegal behaviors and relevant clues involving the safety of minors, and ensuring that all reported information is promptly verified and properly handled.

III. Reporting of Violations

If you find any content or user behavior that violates this Child Safety Agreement and may endanger the safety of minors while using the App, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will complete the verification and disposal within a reasonable time limit in accordance with the requirements of Google Play, and timely feedback the handling results to you to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.

IV. Supplementary Provisions

We will revise and improve this Agreement irregularly in accordance with the updates of Google Play Child Safety Standards, the revision of relevant laws and regulations, and the actual situation of platform operation. The revised Agreement will be publicly announced in a prominent position of the App, and will take effect immediately after the announcement. If you have any objection to the revised Agreement terms, please stop using the App immediately; if you continue to use the App, it means you have agreed to all the revised Agreement terms.
