User Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Fetopia application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you irrevocably agree to be fully bound by these User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") and the App's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and has the same legal effect as these Terms. If you do not agree to any provisions of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you shall immediately cease accessing and using the App and discontinue all operations related to the App.

2. User Code of Conduct

When using the App, you shall strictly comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, as well as all provisions of these Terms, and conduct yourself properly. You shall not engage in any acts that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms. Specific prohibited acts are as follows:

• Post, upload, or share any content that violates laws and regulations, contains violence, obscenity, pornography, discrimination, defamation, or harassment, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties;
• Impersonate any individual, institution, or its representative (including but not limited to App staff, public figures, or other users), or provide false, misleading, or incomplete information and conceal facts during registration and use of the App;
• Abuse various functions of the App (including but not limited to messaging, profile creation, user matching, and other functions) to engage in harassment, stalking, fraud, phishing, or any other harmful, deceptive, or illegal acts that disrupt the normal operation of the App or the user experience of other users;
• In accordance with online dating safety standards, disclose personal identification information (including but not limited to full name, home address, phone number, workplace, or financial information) on public profile pages or during initial communication with other users;
• Violate any applicable local laws and regulations, or additional rules, usage guidelines, and safety policies issued by the App;
• Attempt to crack, modify, or tamper with the App's code, server data, or other user data, or use any third-party software or tools to bypass the App's security protection measures and interfere with the normal operation of the App;
• Promote any commercial activities, third-party products, or services through the App (including but not limited to posting advertisements, diversion links, etc.) without the explicit written permission of the App developer.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• The App provides free basic functions and paid premium functions. Some advanced functions (including but not limited to enhanced matching, ad-free experience, priority customer support, etc.) require you to obtain access rights through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• All paid subscription services are enabled with automatic renewal by default, unless you cancel the subscription through the designated channel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period (this provision complies with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations). We will automatically charge the corresponding subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period in accordance with the agreed subscription price.
• The payment process for all subscription services and in-app purchases is uniformly handled by the official channel of Google Play. The App developer does not store, access, or process any of your payment details (including but not limited to credit card information, payment account information, etc.) to effectively protect your payment data security.
• You may manage, suspend, or cancel subscription services at any time through your personal account settings on Google Play. Unless otherwise explicitly required by applicable laws and regulations, paid subscription fees (including fees for partially unused subscription periods) and in-app purchase fees are non-refundable.
• The App developer reserves the right to adjust subscription prices, add or remove premium functions, and modify in-app purchase options. Relevant adjustments will be notified to you in advance, and your continued use of relevant services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the agreed adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to all content, design schemes, page layouts, logos, trademarks, software code, and various functions within the App, are exclusively owned by Cryze love and protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. No entity or individual may infringe upon them without permission.
• All content generated by users within the App (including but not limited to profile information, uploaded photos, sent messages, and other relevant content, hereinafter referred to as "User-Generated Content") remains owned by the user. By uploading or sharing User-Generated Content through the App, you grant the App developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and reasonably use such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App's services. Such use shall strictly comply with the provisions of the App's Privacy Policy to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
• Without the written permission of the App developer or the explicit permission of the owner of User-Generated Content, no user may copy, modify, distribute, reprint, or use any intellectual property rights or User-Generated Content of the App for any commercial or non-commercial purposes outside the App's services, otherwise shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.

5. Disclaimer

• The App only serves as an online social and dating platform, with the core purpose of providing users with channels for interaction and connection. The App developer shall not be liable for any online or offline interactions between users, including but not limited to all relevant liabilities such as disputes, personal injuries, and property losses arising therefrom.
• When using the App and interacting with other users, you shall properly protect your personal data and private information and guard against various risks. The App developer shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or abuse of personal information caused by your own negligence, improper operation, or third-party infringement.
• The App developer does not conduct background checks on any user, nor makes any representations or warranties regarding the authenticity of identity, personal character, or intent of any user. You are hereby reminded to exercise extreme caution when using the App and strictly abide by safe dating norms. It is recommended to meet other users in public places and inform friends or family of the meeting plan to ensure your personal and property safety.
• The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The App developer does not warrant that the App is error-free, uninterrupted, or fault-free, nor does it guarantee the absolute security of the App's services.

6. Account Termination

• If you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in illegal acts, or commit acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of the App, other users, or the developer, the App developer reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App or your account at any time without prior notice and without any liability for compensation.
• You may apply to terminate your App account at any time through the account deletion link specified in Clause 2 of these Terms. After account termination, your profile, interactive messages, and other User-Generated Content will be deleted from the App's front end, but the App developer may retain some necessary data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy.
• Regardless of whether you terminate your account voluntarily or the App developer terminates your account pursuant to these Terms, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall terminate immediately, and you shall immediately cease using all services of the App and no longer access the App in any way.

7. Child Safety and Compliance

• Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for or using the App. By accessing and using the App, you hereby solemnly confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full civil capacity, and can independently assume relevant responsibilities for using the App. The App developer has implemented strict age verification measures in compliance with Google's "Child Safety Standards" and applicable laws, including the use of Google Play Age Signals API to prevent minor access to the App.

• Any content or behavior that endangers minors is strictly prohibited on the App. If any user under the age of 18 is found to have registered for or used the App, or any user attempts to contact minors through the App, the App developer will immediately terminate the relevant user's account and may report relevant information to relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Modification of Terms and Contact Us

The App developer reserves the right to modify and update these Terms at any time. Any revised Terms will be posted in a prominent position within the App and shall take effect 7 days from the date of posting. Your continued access to and use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all revised Terms; if you do not agree to the revised Terms, you shall immediately cease using the App.
